InnoxTrading
Wholesale & Distribution
We took an offline-only wholesaler online with a custom Next.js storefront connected to Shopify and Strapi — giving customers self-service ordering and the team direct control of promotions.

The project involved a comprehensive analysis of Innox Trading's offline-only sales workflow, customer ordering patterns, and product catalogue complexity. We designed and built a complete e-commerce platform from scratch — creating a branded storefront powered by Next.js on the front end with Shopify handling inventory, payments, and fulfilment behind the scenes. The result is a fast, scalable online store that lets customers browse hundreds of products, place orders independently, and gives the Innox team full control over promotions and content updates.

No online presence limiting growth
Innox Trading had been operating entirely offline — no online store, no digital catalogue, and no way for customers to browse or purchase products remotely. With a growing product range across multiple brands, they needed a professional online store that could serve both retail and trade buyers across New Zealand.
- No online presence
- all sales relied on in-person and phone orders
- Hundreds of products needing to be easy to find online
- Needed to compete with established e-commerce retailers on speed
- Wanted the ability to run promotions independently
A modern, scalable e-commerce platform
A custom-built online store was designed and developed from the ground up, combining a tailor-made shopping experience on the front end with Shopify's trusted infrastructure handling inventory, payments, and order fulfilment behind the scenes.
