WAREHOUSE SOFTWARE — NEW ZEALAND

Run your warehouse without the spreadsheets

Software for businesses that store other people's goods. Everything in one place — what came in, where it sits, what went out, and what to bill for it. Your customers get their own login, so they can check their stock instead of ringing you.

  • Works in English and Chinese
  • Easy to use on a phone, on the floor
  • Backed up daily, nothing to install
  • Connects to Xero and other systems

Where the day actually goes

Most storage businesses we talk to are not short of tools. They are short of one place to look. Stock is in a spreadsheet, movements are in a notebook, the billing is in someone's head, and the customer is in your inbox. These are the four places it goes wrong.

01

Nobody is sure where the stock is

The spreadsheet, the whiteboard and what people remember stop agreeing by mid-morning. A hand count is right up until the next shift moves something.

02

Every customer question stops someone

"Has my container landed?" means a phone call, a walk out to the racks and a job left half-finished. You know the answer — the customer just has no way to look it up.

03

Invoices go out late and get argued with

Month-end gets pieced together from paperwork and memory. Storage days, handling and extra time get missed, and the ones you do bill for get questioned.

04

When something goes missing, there is no record

The numbers changed, but nobody wrote down who changed them, when, or why. So when a customer disagrees, you have nothing to show them.

What the system does

It follows the way a storage business actually runs — from the truck at the door to the invoice at the end of the month. Every one of these is a screen your team uses during a shift, not a bullet point on a slide.

01

Goods coming in

Your customer tells the system what is on the way before it arrives. Your team checks it off against what actually turns up, and anything that does not match gets flagged there and then — not three weeks later.

02

Where everything sits

Your racks, aisles and spaces are set up in the system the way they are in the building. Every time something is put away, the spot is recorded. "Where is it?" becomes a search instead of a walk.

03

Pallet history

Every pallet has its own label and its own history — when it arrived, everywhere it has been moved, and when it left. You can trace a batch back if you ever need to.

04

Goods going out

Customers ask for a release through their login. Your team picks it from the recorded spot and checks each pallet off before the truck pulls away.

05

A record of every change

Every time a number changes, the system saves who did it, when, and why. If a figure is ever questioned, you open the record instead of piecing the week back together.

06

Customer logins

Your customers see their own stock, their own requests and their own invoices. It is the same information your team works from — they just only see their own.

07

Extra storage time

Requests to keep goods longer are asked for and approved in the system, with the date and the answer saved. No more agreeing to something on the phone and forgetting to bill for it.

08

Charges and invoices

Storage days, handling and extra time add up as the work happens, so the end of the month is a quick check rather than a rebuild. Invoices go straight through to Xero.

09

Who can see what

Staff, managers and customers each get their own level of access. People see what their job needs and nothing more.

10

A 3D view of your warehouse

A picture of the actual building you can click around. Handy for finding a pallet quickly, and for showing someone new where everything is.

It answers the questions you keep answering

Your customers get their own login. It shows the same information your team works from, in English or Chinese, and only ever their own goods.

  • Tell you what is coming before it arrives
  • See exactly what they have in store right now
  • Download their invoices without asking you
  • Ask to keep goods longer, and see your answer

Built for someone who is busy and gets interrupted

The staff side is made for a person standing in the warehouse with a phone in one hand. Simple to read, quick to use, nothing in the way.

A screen you can act on

Today's arrivals, today's releases and anything waiting on your approval — just the things that need you, not a wall of charts.

See the warehouse, not a list of codes

A 3D view of the building makes finding stock faster, and makes training someone new much easier.

Search back through anything

Look it up by customer, pallet, staff member or date. Most disagreements end the moment you can show the record.

Nothing sits waiting

Requests and approvals go straight to the person who can deal with them, so nothing gets stuck in the wrong inbox.

Works with what you already use

If something is working for you, we would rather connect to it than ask you to drop it.

Xero
Invoices go straight into your accounts, so nobody has to type them in twice.
Secure logins
Everyone gets their own login, protected the same way online banking is.
Other systems
If you or a customer run other software, it can be connected up so the two share information.
Your existing records
We bring your current stock, customers and locations across from your spreadsheets — you do not retype anything.
English and Chinese
Every screen, every email and every notification, in both languages.

What it costs

The price depends on the size of your operation — how many sites you run, how many staff use it, and how many customers you store for. Tell us those three things and we will give you a number. One warehouse and a five-site network are not the same job.

Starter

One warehouse, a small team and a handful of customers. Goods in and out, where things sit, pallet history and customer logins, with email support.

Growth

More than one site, and customers who expect to check things themselves. Adds Xero, the 3D warehouse view, extra storage time requests, and room for more staff and customers.

Enterprise

For operations that work in their own particular way. We build around how you run, connect up your other systems, and set you up on your own dedicated setup.

Every plan includes getting you set up, moving your existing records across, and support in both languages. Prices are in NZ dollars, plus GST.

Questions we get asked

Is this ready to go, or does it get built for us?
Both — in that order. The everyday parts are already built and running: goods in, goods out, where things sit, pallet history, invoicing and customer logins. So you are not paying us to reinvent the basics. Where your business does something its own way, we build that on top. Most operators need a bit of the second part. Nobody needs all of it.
How long before we can use it?
For a single warehouse running the usual way, allow a few weeks. That covers setting up your racks and spaces, bringing your existing stock and customers across, and training your team. More sites, or anything unusual about how you work, takes longer — and we will tell you that before you commit, not halfway through.
What happens to the records we already have?
We bring them across. Stock, customers, locations and past movements all come over as part of getting you set up, and that is included. If your records are somewhere awkward, just show us — we would rather look at the real thing than promise blind.
Does it work in Chinese?
Yes, fully. Your team's screens, your customers' logins and every notification work in English and Chinese. It was built that way from day one rather than translated afterwards, which shows when half your team works in one language and half your customers in the other.
Will it work with our accounting system?
Xero works out of the box — invoices go straight through. For anything else, it can usually be connected so the two share information. Tell us what you use and we will give you a straight answer about what that would take.
Where is our information kept, and who owns it?
It is kept on secure servers, backed up daily and watched around the clock, so there is nothing for you to install or maintain. The information is yours — if you ever decide to leave, you leave with a full copy of it.

See it running on your warehouse

Tell us how many sites you run and what is causing you the most grief right now. We will walk you through it using your operation, not a made-up example.
